IVLP has been specifically designed by IOMA to be either a qualifying Modified Endowment Contract (MEC) or Non-MEC, to meet the offshore life assurance and investment needs of the high net worth United States taxpayer. The policy has a minimum investment of USD500,000 and satisfies the requirements of Section 7702 and Section 817(h) of the United States Internal Revenue Code 1986, enabling the Policyholder to obtain significant tax deferral on investment growth.
