The International Investment Bond is a whole of life
unit-linked insurance policy allowing multiple lives assured. Under the policy terms and conditions, part of the initial premium may be used by Isle of Man Assurance Limited to acquire all of the issued shares in a new non-UK incorporated and non-UK resident company, the shares in Offco then being allocated to the Bond. In terms of managing the assets allocated to your Bond, please note that you are specifically excluded from constructing your own highly personalised investment portfolio or from appointing an investment manager to construct such a portfolio on your behalf.
