IOMA’s DVA is a single premium contract. Additional Premiums may be paid subsequent to Policy issue. (There is no limitation on the maximum premium). The policy is designated to meet the requirements
of Sections 72 and 817 of the United States Internal Revenue Code 1986, as amended.
